Background
I’m Pierre Mugnier, a second-time founder based in New York.
I previously built Side, a staffing marketplace, and sold it in 2022 to Randstad — the world’s largest staffing company. Across more than a decade operating in staffing and HR-tech, I’ve worked through product, multi-sided marketplaces, enterprise go-to-market, and AI-enabled workflow products.
